138 GoHighLevel updates from the last 62 days, grouped by week, each with a short summary and tags for impact, plan and product area.
Refreshed from HighLevel's official changelog (last checked Oct 18, 2026).
How tags work: type and area come from HighLevel. Impact and plan are keyword-based: High = mentions a deprecation, removal or required action; Medium = new capability or billing mention; Low = improvement/fix. "Plan: Not specified" means HighLevel's post doesn't name a plan.
We are thrilled to announce our new web templates, designed to elevate your marketing efforts. Whether building a website, creating a sales funnel, or sending email campaigns, our versatile and user-friendly templates have you covered.
Call tracking now labels Facebook ad calls correctly. Before, many calls from Facebook ads showed up as "Facebook" or "Direct", so you couldn't tell which ads were driving calls. They now show as Facebook Paid.
You can now send number pool calls to several team members at once. Each person can answer on the device they prefer: web, mobile, desk phone, or their own phone number. Earlier, number pool calls couldn't be sent to specific team members' devices.
A new marketing template type that puts a live countdown clock inside the message itself, drawn by WhatsApp and ticking down in your customer's chat. The discount code sits right beneath it, ready to copy with a single tap. You set the expiry fresh on every send, so one approved template runs campaign after campaign.
Creating and editing WhatsApp templates now happens in a completely rebuilt builder with a live phone preview, so what you see while you author is what your contact actually receives.
AI Studio checkouts just got more flexible. Pick exactly which fields buyers fill in, capture leads before they pay with a two-step checkout, and show a full order summary once payment goes through.
Connect a GitHub account to any AI Studio project and keep your code in sync both ways. AI Studio creates a private repository for the project, pushes every version you save, and pulls back every commit made outside it.
You can now add native chat widgets to your AI Studio apps — built and styled by AI Studio to match your site, instead of a generic chat bubble. Just ask AI Studio to "add a live chat", and it builds a real HighLevel chat widget into your app.
You can now update feature access for many sub-accounts in one go. Select the sub-accounts you want on the Sub-Accounts page and click Update features. Choose the features you want to change, then pick whether each one should be enabled or disabled. When you apply the changes, they’re queued and processed for you.
You can now automatically add Internal Comments to conversations using Workflows. Until now, teams had to manually add internal comments to share context, provide instructions, or keep other team members informed.
We’re launching a Schema markup dashboard at the website and funnel level, under the new SEO & AEO tab. User no longer need to open each page in the builder to check or fix its schema. From one screen, user can:
InitiateCheckout now fires when a buyer reaches checkout page, not when they submit payment. AddPaymentInfo now also sends full order and customer details to Meta. Together, these changes give you an accurate picture of checkout drop-off and give Meta better signals to optimise your campaigns.

You've built a great app in AI Studio, and now it needs to remember things. It needs to know who's signed in and store the photos people upload. Until now, that meant wiring up a backend yourself. Not anymore.
You can now take payments in apps built with AI Studio. Connect the products in your catalog, ask the agent to “add payments”, and your app gets a secure, hosted checkout.
Every published AI Studio site now measures itself. See page views, opt-ins and opt-in rate right inside your project, compare all your sites in Sites Analytics, and follow every lead from first visit to CRM contact. No setup or tracking code needed.
Community posting just became more powerful for developers and integration partners. You can now schedule and publish Community posts through the Social Planner Public API, including choosing which Community member the post should be published as.
Notifications for recurring appointments have been enhanced and now also work consistently across default and custom recurrence patterns. A recurring booking now sends a single confirmation that covers the whole series, and custom recurring appointments created in-app are now fully covered by notifications.
1. Add the Lead Source Report widget to your dashboard, or open one you already have. 2. Each source row now shows both the count and the value for every status. 3. Click any count greater than zero to open the list of opportunities that make up that number. 4.

Members now have precise control over their community email preferences - unsubscribing from a specific notification type in one community no longer affects emails from other communities or the rest of the platform.
You can now delete options from Dropdown, Multi-select, Radio, and Checkbox fields for Custom Objects and Companies, bringing the same capability already available for Contact and Opportunity fields.
Agencies can now include Company and Custom Object Smart Lists in Account Snapshots and reuse the same segments across multiple sub-accounts. Instead of rebuilding filters and Smart Lists for every client, agencies can configure their CRM segmentation once and deploy it as part of a reusable Snapshot.
Due to an upstream carrier migration, SMS is no longer supported on Mexico local phone numbers. To make this clear, we've added a status indicator directly in the Phone Numbers table.
We’ve enhanced Meta campaign budgeting in Ad Manager, giving advertisers more control over where their campaign budget is managed and how Meta can optimize spend across ad sets.
Businesses can now design their own invoice layouts with the new Layout AI Builder. Describe the invoice layout you want, and AI builds it for you. Then fine-tune any element in a visual builder and apply the layout to the invoices your customers see.

👀 What's New? General Widgets on your sub-account dashboard are now editable — configure what data each widget shows by adding permanent filter conditions and setting custom date ranges. Also compare performance across periods, rename widgets, apply themes, and duplicate them.
GPT-6 Sol: The model for complex work. It is built for multi-step agent tasks, business workflows that span multiple apps, and decisions that need careful reasoning. GPT-6 Sol makes roughly half as many factual mistakes as GPT-5.6 Sol.

Members can now filter and sort courses directly from the Learning page, making it faster to find the right content in communities with growing course libraries.
Communities and Courses now support Dark Mode on GoKollab web. Members can switch to a comfortable darker experience, while community owners can configure separate light and dark brand palettes - keeping their identity intact in both modes.
We are strengthening how conversation attachments are accessed to provide better security and more granular control over sensitive files. As part of this update, attachments will no longer rely on directly accessible links.
Opportunity Smart Lists and Opportunity Smart Tags can now be included in Snapshots. Set up your views and tags once in a template subaccount and push them to every new subaccount instead of rebuilding them each time.

When a service has multiple staff members — e.g., junior and senior stylists, different specialists, varying levels of experience — customers picking from a plain list of names often can't tell who's the best fit.
Service prices don't always match what should be charged — negotiated pricing or a one-off scenario with custom pricing can all mean the final price differs from what's configured.
A React project that needs server-rendered pages, server functions, or secrets can now be upgraded from Project Settings. AI Studio makes a second project in the same sub-account and runs the upgrade there. The published project stays as it is, domains included.
When a service appointment's calendar event was rescheduled or cancelled directly from a connected third party calendar (e.g., Google or Outlook calendar) — the change previously updated the calendar event only, leaving the service appointment record out of sync.
Notification templates have historically shipped in English only, leaving multi-language businesses to manually translate every notification themselves.
Not getting notifications? Run a quick check-up in Settings. It tests your network, notification permission, sound, and sends a real test notification to your phone — then tells you what's wrong.
You can now automate Jotform directly inside Workflows — act on form submissions and signed contracts the moment they land, and create Jotform submissions from any workflow.
Following the launch of tag categories and colors in labs, we received feedback from customers on ways to make tag organization even faster. One of the key requests was the ability to update colors across multiple tags at once, especially for customers managing a large number of tags.
Chat Widget now includes built-in spam protection to help prevent bot and high-volume suspicious submissions from impacting your messaging costs and sender reputation.
Your copilot is no longer something you open. It is someone you text. Connect your WhatsApp number once, and the full Ask AI copilot, the exact same one you use inside HighLevel, is reachable from the thread you already have open all day. No laptop, no tab, no app. Just a message.
You can now decide exactly who on your team can touch each part of WhatsApp. Seven new per-action permissions let agency and sub-account admins control who creates templates, edits flows, manages phone numbers, updates your business profile, or disconnects WhatsApp entirely.
You can now create App QR Codes that automatically redirect users to the correct app store based on their device. Previously, businesses promoting mobile apps had to use separate QR codes for iOS and Android or redirect users to a landing page with multiple download options.

We’ve rebuilt the Marketplace app detail experience to make it faster and easier to understand an app, evaluate its fit, and make an informed install decision.
You can now choose which dashboard becomes the default in destination sub-accounts while loading a Snapshot — eliminating the need to update each sub-account individually afterward.
Create or update a Contact, and HighLevel can find the right existing Company and associate the Contact automatically. If no suitable Company exists, HighLevel can create one, store its domain, and enrich it with the Company Name and Logo.
For SaaS V2 accounts, when the clients update their default payment card, we now automatically update the card used for the active SaaS subscriptions too.
We’re expanding custom fields to give you more flexibility in how you capture, structure, and manage information. With new field types and enhanced configuration options, you can collect richer data, control inputs more precisely, and tailor fields to fit your business needs.
This is the biggest WhatsApp pricing change we have ever made. Starting October 1, 2026, HighLevel is removing the 5% processing fee on every WhatsApp message you send. Marketing, utility, service, all of it. From that day you pay Meta's published rate to the cent
Community members can now record and send voice notes directly in posts and comments - a faster, more expressive way to communicate without typing long replies.

When you enable SaaS for a sub-account and choose to attach a snapshot, we now check whether the snapshot would overwrite anything you've already customized in that sub-account.
GPT Image 2.5 is now live in the AI Image Generation action. Two variants ship together, Flare and Sunburst. Open the model dropdown, pick the one that fits the job, and generate.
Up to Five Reference Images per Action – Attach up to five images to a single AI Image Generation action. Each is passed to the model as visual context along with your prompt.
Agency Settings has a new Workflow Settings page. It is the home for agency-level workflow configuration, and the first option on it is the default builder for workflows. Pick Standard or Advanced once at the agency, turn on Apply to all sub-accounts, and every owned sub-account opens new workflows in that builder.
We've refreshed the user management experience with a new interface across both Agency and Sub-account. The same actions and the same data you rely on today - now cleaner, better organized, and easier to navigate.
If your plan is priced in Hungarian Forint (HUF), the price shown in your client portal Billing view now matches exactly what your agency configured. Previously, this view could show an amount 100 times higher than your actual plan price (for example, a 9,700 HUF plan appeared as 970,000 HUF).

We're introducing Working Hours for Conversation AI, giving business more control over when their AI agents respond to customers. You can now set specific working days and hours for each agent, choose which channels should follow those hours, and configure what happens when a customer reaches out after business hours.
You can now generate an image inside a workflow. The AI Image Generation action is available under AI Actions. Give it a prompt. An AI model creates the image, stores it at a public URL, and returns that URL as text.
You can now analyze an image inside a workflow. The AI Analyze Image action is available under AI Actions. Give it an image URL and a prompt. An AI vision model examines the image and returns the answer as text.
Dynamic value chips have three states now instead of two. A dynamic value chip used to be valid or invalid, so anything the builder couldn't resolve came back red with "value not recognized".
The User login workflow trigger now fires for logins from the new Client Portal experience — not just legacy membership logins. We've also added a dedicated Client Portal category in the workflow trigger picker, so all Client Portal triggers live in one place.
To keep our pricing aligned with current carrier costs and maintain optimal deliverability across global telecom networks, we are updating carrier fees for messaging traffic sent to U.S. numbers via Verizon and select providers in the 'Other' category.
Toll-free verification now asks for your Privacy Policy URL and your Terms & Conditions URL. Carriers will begin rejecting any new toll-free verification without both links on September 15, 2026, so both fields are live now and required before you submit.
You can now delete a saved payment method from your sub-account. If a card is outdated, expired, or just no longer needed, you can remove it directly instead of leaving it on file indefinitely.

1. Open your Announcement, go to the Audience tab 2. Set Agency-level and Sub-account-level visibility 3. Under Advanced filters, choose a field (e.g. Sub-account, Country, User Role), an operator, and a value 4.
Workflow Settings now has a Sender domain dropdown under Sender details. Pick any verified dedicated domain on the sub-account and every email action in that workflow sends from it, the same way domain selection already works in Email Campaigns.
The test phone number field in the Send SMS action now uses the standard phone input with a country flag picker, the same one you see elsewhere in the app. Type your number the way you dial it and the test sends. The old "please add country codes" hint is gone, and the error text is now just "Invalid phone number".
Creating a certificate can now start with a simple prompt. Certificate AI Beta turns your requirements into a complete, editable certificate design in minutes.
The Date Range setting now has a smarter counting mode across Calendars, Services, and Rentals. A new Count available days only toggle lets businesses ensure their booking window reflects real working days — not calendar days that include weekends or days they're closed.
Protected snapshot assets are now more flexible to work with. You can reuse protected assets freely within your own agency while the original creator's protection remains intact when content is shared outside the agency.
Forms, Surveys, and Quizzes are often used for time-sensitive campaigns like event registrations, flash sales, webinars, contests, and limited-time offers—but until now, they remained available indefinitely unless manually removed or restricted.
We've updated how WhatsApp messaging limits appear in your sub-account to match Meta's new model. Meta moved messaging limits from a per-phone-number basis to a business portfolio (WABA) basis, so all numbers under a portfolio now share one daily limit.
We’ve enhanced Marketplace App Access controls to give agencies more flexibility over which apps their sub-accounts can access, while also addressing gaps in the existing approval system.
We’ve enhanced guest management for calendars, giving businesses more flexibility over the information they collect from guests while improving guest contact data.
The Create WhatsApp Template builder now validates your variable placeholders inline as you type, so you catch mistakes at authoring time instead of finding out after WhatsApp rejects the submission.
Chat Widget now integrates with Brand Boards, making it easier to keep every widget consistent with your brand. Your location’s brand colors and fonts are now available directly within the Styles panel.
You can now offer multiple meeting durations within a single calendar, giving bookers the flexibility to choose the meeting length that works best for them.
💳 Skip the Credit Card on $0 Orders Selling through Forms and Surveys is great—but asking someone for their credit card when the order comes to nothing isn't. We've introduced a new Require Credit Card setting on the Sell Products element, so free orders can be completed without any card entry at all.
👀 What's New? 👷 How It Works: 1. Open a dashboard widget, custom report, or the Custom Metric module and go to add a metric. 2. In the Field dropdown, select any numeric or monetary custom field (e.g., "Property Value") — it now appears alongside your standard fields. 3.

Meta has discontinued the Instagram Explore Feed placement as part of their Marketing API v26 update. This upgrade means 'Instagram Explore' is no longer available as an ad placement in the campaign creation workflow.
Your SaaS customers can now switch their billing frequency — from monthly to annual, or annual to monthly — including at the same time as upgrading or downgrading their plan. This wasn't possible before.
If your sub-account is on hold for a SaaS plan or rebilling and a payment card has already been added — whether you added it yourself or your agency added it for you — you'll now see that card on the billing screen and can go straight to paying, instead of being asked to add a card you already have.
If you sell SaaS plans through a sub-account, your customers' subscription details inside that sub-account now automatically update whenever they upgrade or downgrade their plan. Previously, only the subscription record behind the scenes was updated — the copy shown in your sub-account stayed on the old plan.
We've rolled out a set of enhancements to the Rentals Booking Page, Listing Detail Page, and Checkout flow — giving businesses more control over CTA labeling, making rental dates and pricing clearer throughout checkout, bringing listing descriptions inline, and refining visual and cart-state consistency across the expe…
The custom value picker now recognizes list-type values, such as order line items, Inbound Webhook lists or any collections of values. Instead of inserting the raw list, it opens a small inline form where you can choose which field to extract and how the list should appear with your preferred format.
Dynamic values inside workflow text fields now appear as chips, making dynamic values easier to distinguish from static text. You can also type '/' to quickly search for and insert a custom value directly in the text box.
We tightened two of the most-used WhatsApp surfaces: the conversation composer and WhatsApp Settings / Manage. A false "Connect WhatsApp" prompt after the 24-hour window and a Settings page that loaded blank until you refreshed are both fixed, so WhatsApp behaves correctly on first load.
If you move to Manual Setup and change your mind, a recommended callout in the left step panel of the Campaign details screen takes you back to Chat widget setup.
Ask AI Scheduler lets your assistant keep working when you're not in the app. Save a prompt once, pick how often it should run, and Ask AI runs it on schedule — then hands you the finished conversation the next time you open your phone.
Adding custom fields one at a time gets tedious fast — especially when you're building a long form with dozens of contact, opportunity, or custom-object fields. We've overhauled the Custom Fields sidebar in the builder to be faster, smarter, and easier on the eyes.
Google Demand Gen campaigns can now be uploaded directly to the Template Library from Ad Manager. This allows users to convert existing Demand Gen campaigns into reusable templates and replicate campaign setups across locations without rebuilding them from scratch.
The Update Contact Field action now includes a new Add action type for multi-select fields. You can add selections to multi-dropdown and multiple-checkbox fields without replacing values already stored on the contact.
We’ve improved validation and error handling for Google and LinkedIn campaigns in Ad Manager to make campaign publishing more reliable and easier to troubleshoot.
Events now supports Meta Pixel tracking, giving organizers visibility into how visitors move from discovering an event to completing an RSVP or ticket purchase.
