Target Announcement Banners by Sub-account and User
The short version
1. Open your Announcement, go to the Audience tab 2. Set Agency-level and Sub-account-level visibility 3. Under Advanced filters, choose a field (e.g. Sub-account, Country, User Role), an operator, and a value 4.
